What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 30 units, with increments of 5 units.
What is the production lead time?
Orders from 30 to 1,000 units: Standard lead time of 30 business days. Orders above 1,000 units: Consult a specialist. The lead time starts after artwork approval and payment confirmation.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes! For orders of up to 30 embroidered items, we offer free pickup at our store in Tambaú-JP.
Is there a turbo mode?
Yes. For orders of 30 or more identical units, the lead time can be reduced to 12 business days with a 40% surcharge.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PIX with a 5% discount, bank transfer, and credit card.
Can I submit my own artwork?
Yes! You can send us your artwork, logo, or reference. Our team can also create the artwork at no additional cost.
Do you make samples before production?
Yes, we can produce samples for approval before the full order. Please inquire about availability and pricing.
