What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 30 units, with quantities increasing in multiples of 5.
What is the production lead time?
Orders from 30 to 1,000 units have a standard lead time of 15 business days. Orders above 1,000 units take 20 business days. Lead time begins after artwork approval and payment confirmation.
Can I pick up my order at the factory?
Yes! For orders of up to 30 embroidered units, we offer same-day pickup at our factory in João Pessoa, Paraíba, completely free of charge.
Is there a rush production option?
Yes. For orders of 30 or more identical units, the lead time can be reduced to 12 business days for an additional 40%.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Pix with a 5% discount, bank slips, and credit cards.
Can I submit my own artwork?
Yes! You can send your artwork, logo, or reference. Our team can also create the artwork at no additional cost.
Do you make samples before production?
Yes, we can produce samples for approval before the full order. Contact us for availability and pricing.
